Like most, stirrup is floppy, so I didn't use it and was able to pull band up to just below knee so it wasn't too tight. Surprised that it does offer good support.

It was acceptable but I do not have a lot of faith that the material will stand either heavy or long term use (if it last 3 month being used 2 a week I will be surprised in a pleasant manner.

Actually, 1 star is more than generous. Very disappointed. Flimsy material. Definitely not even closer to compression stockings. Would send back but return policy is too expensive.

they are cheaply made and are uncomfortable. I would never buy them again!!
