yes the flash usb night collar was a bright hot pink easy to see. BUT IT WAS A XMAS PRESENT for my neighbors cocker spaniel Mazie. my friends loved it

Runs a little small. It is a little tight on my dog.

The pictures in the ad are deceiving. First of all notice the width of the lit area or band , it varies in the pics and the one I received has a very narrow band of lite, also, the chrome hoop where a leash would attach is in different locations in the pics. the one I received has the loop about midway thru the collar. The collar does not hold a charge very long compared to other collars I have, I use it for about 5 mins. 2 times a day and needs charged every week or more. Also there is no way this collar would be water resistant , the rubber around the battery area is extremely loose and the charging port is not covered or plugged. My observations are based on comparison to other collars I have, but they were about twice the price. So you get what you pay for.
