2 cartridges of black ink 62XL. these items arrived quickly, well packaged and with an expiration date of October 22, 2027. I installed one of the cartridges and it works good in my printer. No prinlems at all with installation or use and I will buy them again.

I honestly have no complaints about this ink cartridge. It was exactly what I needed and worked great. When I did a test print, the quality of the ink looked like good quality and the black color was great. Really easy to install and wasn't hard at all. Good ink for the price!

This HP 62xl black ink replacement cartridge works great with my printer with no compatibility issues. The print quality is amazing, the texts come out clear and sharp with no smudges or fuzzy lines. Installation is easy and straightforward. Not only does it work as good as the original, it is also more cost effective. Overall, it's a good product, highly recommend!!

Works very well have bought cartridges from other online companies and the ink dried up and needed to clean the tip This was very frustrating. But so far on this cartridges the ink is very bold and very happy in its performance. Very happy and at this stage I will be ordering more soon

I love the price and it was cheaper than going into the store. I put the ink in my hp printer and it fit and works. What I dislike about this product, that it says it's HP ink in reality it's not. it a off brand a cheap ink company. if you pay for a HP product for its price, I want my HP product I paid for!

This is a double cartridge package. The 1st cartridge would not work at all. I followed instructions and nothing worked. So, I opened up the 2nd cartridge and tried it out and it worked perfectly. Thank goodness because I needed to print some important paperwork. I took the 1st cartridge that wouldn't work to the nearest Walmart to return and was told I have to return both cartridges in order to get a refund or replacement. So, in the meantime, I will be without ink again ..?? This really stinks!

One of the two cartridges is defective. Despite multiple print alignments and letting my HP printer do a print head cleaning, the print quality was alternately dark and light. The second cartridge is fine. There is no photo as I was printing personal and sensitive material.

These ink cartridges were remanufactured and it shows. The print quality was very bad, it seemed more difficult than usual to wedge the cartridges into their holder. I cannot use these. It was a total waste of money. I reordered a brand new cartridge from Staples at the full price and got a good cartridge. I guess it's a "get what you paid for" thing. I lost money in the end. I learned my lesson.

The cartridge is not working and it appears there is no ink. And then to find customer service online, have not idea because there is no highlighted subtitle the screams CUSTOMER SERVICE even though there are "Departments" and "Services." I am looking to get my money back. This was an online order.

The product I thought I was purchasing was HP 62. This product is a substitute and is NOT compatible with HP. Also it should not be numbered the same as HP. Its deceptive and confusing.. Finally. I have returned the ink to Walmart, but as I was searching where to return the ink. AI bot on the Walmart site told me the item could not be returned and that included another item im waiting for.
