Walmart+ Terms of Use

IMPORTANT: THESE TERMS OF USE CONTAIN A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 20 OF THE WALMART.COM TERMS OF USE, WHICH IS INCORPORATED HEREIN. THIS PROVISION REQUIRES THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES. THIS MEANS THAT YOU AND WALMART ARE EACH GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO SUE EACH OTHER IN COURT OR IN CLASS ACTIONS OF ANY KIND. IN ARBITRATION, THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY AND THERE IS LESS DISCOVERY AND APPELLATE REVIEW THAN IN COURT.

Walmart+ Membership Terms of Use

These Walmart+ Membership Terms of Use (“Terms”) are applicable to the Walmart+ Membership program and are a supplement to the Walmart.com Terms of Use found here. To become a Walmart+ member, you must accept the Walmart.com Terms of Use, as well as these Terms. By enrolling in Walmart+ you acknowledge and agree you will receive various communications from Walmart+ related to membership benefits, offers, and promotions, as well as membership related notices. Walmart+ offers a suite of core benefits as described in Section 2 below (“Walmart+ Core Benefits”). Walmart may also make available to you additional, fee-based benefits (as described in Section 3 below), which you may purchase to supplement your Walmart+ Core Benefits. The Walmart+ Core Benefits and the Plus Up Benefits may sometimes be referred to collectively as the “Walmart+ Benefits”.  A Walmart+ membership is available only to customers with a U.S. billing address and in certain territories at Walmart’s discretion. Walmart+ Membership benefits are limited in AK & HI.

1. Membership

1.1 General. You may cancel your Walmart+ Membership or any Plus Up Benefit by calling Walmart Customer Care at (800) 924-9206, or through your Walmart Account: Account > Walmart+, then select the gear icon️. If you cancel your Walmart+ Membership or any Plus Up Benefit (e.g., InHome or any ad-free Streaming Service), you can continue to use your Walmart+ Membership, any such Plus Up Benefit, or your Paramount+ Premium plan until the end of your relevant term.

1.2 Trial/ Offers: Walmart may offer eligible customers the opportunity for a free or promotional price trial of Walmart+. All trial memberships will auto-renew into a full-price annual or monthly membership unless otherwise provided. Only one such trial is allowed per eligible customer. Walmart will block any additional attempts to utilize this offer and reserves the right to terminate any membership and/or Walmart.com account of any member abusing this offer, in its sole discretion. You may cancel your Walmart+ Membership or any Plus Up Benefit at any time during your trial. If you cancel during a trial period, Walmart may terminate your Walmart+ membership or any Plus Up benefit immediately, in which case you will lose the benefits of the trial immediately. No refunds will be issued. At any time, the opportunity to sign up for an offer may be revoked and the requisite eligibility for a particular offer may be modified, in Walmart’s sole discretion. Not all offers or benefits may be available during a trial period.

1.3 Auto - Renewal. YOU MAY SELECT EITHER A ONE-MONTH OR A ONE-YEAR TERM FOR THE BASE WALMART+ MEMBERSHIP, AND A MATCHING TERM FOR ANY PLUS UP BENEFIT OR PARAMOUNT+ PREMIUM PLAN (“TERM”). FOLLOWING ANY TRIAL PERIOD, YOU WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY FOR THE INITIAL TERM. FOLLOWING THE INITIAL TERM, YOUR WALMART+ SUBSCRIPTION, PLUS UP BENEFIT, OR PARAMOUNT+ PREMIUM PLAN WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW, AND WE WILL CHARGE ANY CREDIT, DEBIT CARD, OR OTHER PAYMENT TYPE (WHICH WALMART MAY ACCEPT FROM TIME TO TIME) WE HAVE ON FILE FOR YOU (COLLECTIVELY A “PAYMENT METHOD”) FOR AN ADDITIONAL TERM AT THE FEE(S) THEN IN EFFECT PLUS ANY APPLICABLE TAXES. THEREAFTER, WE WILL CONTINUE TO AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOUR TERM ON A RECURRING BASIS, AND UPON SUCH RENEWAL CHARGE ANY PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON FILE FOR YOU FOR THE FEE(S) THEN IN EFFECT PLUS ANY APPLICABLE TAXES, WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE TO YOU (EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT NOTICE IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR WALMART+ MEMBERSHIP, PLUS UP BENEFIT, OR PARAMOUNT+ PREMIUM PLAN BY FOLLOWING THE CANCELLATION PROCESS DESCRIBED IN THE PARAGRAPHS ABOVE. To avoid being charged for a new Walmart+ membership term, you must cancel your membership before the end of the current membership term. If you wish to keep your Walmart+ membership but cancel any PlusUp, you must cancel the PlusUp before the end of the current term to avoid being charged for a new term. For any cancellation, you can continue to use the benefits of your membership and any PlusUps until the end of the current term.


1.4 Payment Method requirement. To sign up for any Walmart+ Membership, you must have at least one valid Payment Method on file with Walmart at all times. You can change your default Payment Method at any time. To remove all Payment Methods, you must first cancel your Walmart+ Membership. Walmart reserves the right to determine which Payment Methods it elects to accept, in its sole discretion.


1.5 Payment resubmittals. If all Payment Methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of the applicable fee, you agree that we may resubmit the applicable fee for payment to your issuing bank(s). Any resubmittal attempts will be made first to your default Payment Method, and then to other Payment Methods you have on file. Once payment is authorized by an issuing bank on a Payment Method on file, all other resubmittals will be discontinued. If, after all resubmittals, payment is still not authorized by your issuing bank(s), your Walmart+ Membership will be automatically cancelled, and your benefits will end. You may have the ability to sign up for Walmart+ thereafter through your Walmart account. Your new term will be based on the date that you sign up.


1.6 Other Limitations. We reserve the right to accept or refuse Walmart+ membership enrollments at our discretion. You may not transfer or assign your Walmart+ Membership or any Walmart+ Benefits. Walmart+ membership is for personal, non-commercial use only and Members are not permitted to use the membership or purchase products for commercial purposes. From time to time, Walmart may choose in its sole discretion to add or discontinue Walmart+ Benefits.


1.7 The fees for a Walmart+ subscription and any Plus Up Benefit are stated in the subscription sign up or other enrollment process. From time to time, we may offer different terms, and the fees for a Walmart+ subscription or any Plus Up Benefit may vary. The Walmart+ Membership fee and any Plus Up Benefit fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. Sales, excise or other similar taxes may apply to any Walmart+ Membership or Plus Up Benefit fee.


1.8 Terms and Conditions Changes. We may at our discretion change these Terms or Walmart+ Benefits, or any aspect of Walmart+ that is not material, without notice or liability to you. If any change to these Terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED ENROLLMENT AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.


1.9 Termination by Us. We may terminate your membership or participation in Walmart+, including any additional or ancillary benefits provided by Walmart+, at our discretion without notice or liability to you. If we do so, we may elect to issue you a refund for any term that has not yet expired. We will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, at our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud, abuse or other misuse of the membership or any of its benefits, or in our sole discretion is harmful to our interests or those of another user.


1.10 Pause Membership. Available for one (1) month periods to paid monthly or annual members that are not enrolled in Plus-Up benefits. By pausing your membership, you will not have access to the benefits associated with Walmart+ membership starting at the end of the billing cycle in which you made the request to pause the membership. Your membership will automatically resume at the end of the pause period. You may choose to pause your membership up to three (3) non-consecutive times per twelve (12) month rolling period. Should you “Undo Pause” prior to your pause period starting or “Resume Membership” after the pause period begins and prior to the end of the pause period, you agree that the request shall count against your three (3) available pause periods. If you have enabled an ad-free Streaming Service, you will not be able to use the Pause Membership feature unless you have downgraded/canceled such service  and your current term has expired.


1.11 Discounted Membership. From time to time Walmart+ may provide discounts on the price of a Walmart+ Membership to certain qualifying customers. The amount of the discount for each specific program is as set forth in the marketing materials and sign-up pages for that specific program. These discounted membership programs, including but not limited to the availability of the program, the prerequisites to qualify, and the amount of the discount, may be revised or changed without notice to you. Current discounted membership programs are identified below.


1.11.1 Walmart+ Assist & Walmart+ Student. Walmart+ Assist is a discounted membership program provided for the benefit of individuals who are eligible for certain government assistance programs, specifically SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, SSI, TANF, TTANF, NSLP & LIHEAP. Walmart+ Student is a discounted membership program offered to individuals that meet certain student eligibility requirements. Eligibility requirements include enrollment in an undergraduate or advanced degree program at a Title IV-accredited college or university in the United States and residence within the United States. As part of the membership enrollment process for Walmart+ Assist or Student, prospective customers may be required to verify their eligibility for one of these programs by completing an eligibility verification form and, if necessary, providing certain eligibility verification documentation. Eligibility verification may be completed by Walmart SheerID, or another  third-party verification service. For information on their services, visit them at www.SheerID.com. Once your eligibility has been verified, your verified status will be valid for one year from the date your paid Walmart+ Assist or Student membership commences. Prior to the expiration of this one-year verification period, we’ll automatically verify your continuing eligibility for Walmart+ Assist or Student. If your annual re-verification fails, you will no longer be eligible for the relevant discount, and your plan will auto-renew at the membership prices then in effect, plus applicable taxes, unless you first cancel your membership. You will be notified via email about the changes to your membership plan. If your Walmart+ membership was enabled through a service or promotion you receive(d) through another company, you will need to wait until your promotion has concluded before signing up for a Walmart+ Assist or Student membership.

1.12  Member Savings. Walmart may display estimated savings associated with your use of Walmart+ benefits, including lifetime, year-to-date, or other period-based savings. These amounts are estimates only and are calculated using Walmart’s internal methodologies, generally by comparing the value of applicable Walmart+ benefits used to non-member prices, fees, or standard charges in effect at the time of use.

Savings calculations may not include all costs, such as taxes, tips, third-party fees, delivery minimums, or other charges, and may not reflect alternative offers, promotions, or prices available outside of Walmart or Walmart+. Actual savings may vary by member and are not guaranteed. Updated savings may not be reflected immediately in your account.

Walmart reserves the right at any time to update, modify, or discontinue savings calculations or the methodologies used to determine them.

2. WALMART+ CORE BENEFITS

2.1 Walmart+ Free Shipping, No Order Minimum, Free Delivery From Your Store, & Free Pharmacy Delivery Benefits.

The Walmart+ free shipping, no order minimum benefit (“FSNM”) is dependent upon inventory availability, shipping speed, and in some cases, the delivery address and whether freight and location surcharges (see below) apply. Walmart+ FSNM-eligible orders are limited to items sold by Walmart or shipped by Walmart, through Walmart.com or the Walmart App, and certain items sold and shipped by select Marketplace Retailers. Eligible items will be identified on the website with “W+ Free shipping” or a similar badge. The Walmart + free delivery from your store benefit (“Free Delivery”), is available for orders $35 and over, applies to items available for delivery from physical Walmart stores located in your specific delivery area, and for which you select a specific delivery time slot when your order is placed through Walmart.com or the Walmart App. Free Delivery is dependent upon inventory availability, available delivery time slots, and in some cases, the delivery address. Delivery addresses eligible for free delivery may change from time to time, without notice to you. For more information about the details of Walmart+ FSNM and Free Delivery benefits and service, see FAQs, available at https://www.walmart.com/plus/faq. The Walmart+ free pharmacy delivery benefit (“Free Pharmacy Delivery”) is available free of charge with no order minimum. It can be used for most types of medications, including maintenance medications, specialty medications and over-the-counter products. Some exceptions may apply. Free pharmacy delivery is not available in all locations or for all timeslots. Location Surcharge Fees: As a Walmart+ benefit, for Members only, no location surcharge fees apply to shipments made to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. A surcharge fee applies to shipments made to the Virgin Islands, Guam, Alaskan Samoa, and Mariana Islands: a flat $15 fee is applied to orders weighing 2.5 lbs. or less; orders weighing more than 2.5 lbs. are surcharged at $6/lb. Location surcharges are subject to change without advance notice in these Terms; Fee amounts should be displayed via a separate line in the Payments section of the checkout Cart, as applicable.

2.2 Scan & Go

The Walmart mobile scan & go feature allows Members to use their mobile devices in participating Walmart stores to scan items for purchase into a digital cart, and then to authorize payment for that cart. Any access or use of Scan & Go  is subject to the following additional terms:

·        You agree to accurately scan the barcode for all products you wish to purchase, before checkout, and to pay for all products you obtain from any Walmart store. If you are unable to scan any products for any reason (including due to lack of connectivity with your mobile service), you must consult with a Walmart associate to make sure all items are either reflected in your digital cart before checkout or are reflected on your physical or digital receipt after checkout.

·        Upon scanning the relevant barcode for a product, that product will appear in your digital cart on your mobile device, along with the price for that product. Upon scanning certain products, like some fruits and vegetables, your digital cart will only reflect an estimated price for the product. The price for such products will be finalized as part of the exit and payment process, where you will be asked to weigh or provide the item count for the product. As a result, the total payment amount reflected for your digital cart may change.

·        You agree that Walmart may review the products in your possession and/or your receipt or proof of purchase on your mobile device at any time (sometimes referred to as an “item check”), and that Walmart can require that any products be re-scanned or removed from your physical and/or digital cart, and that any product price or digital cart total be re-calculated. In the event you and any Walmart associate calculate different totals for your purchase, the calculation confirmed by the Walmart associate will be the amount payable by you.

·        To finalize your purchase and exit the store, before leaving, you are required and agree: (i) to proceed to any available self-checkout register, and then pair your mobile device with the self-checkout register by scanning the QR code displayed on the screen; (ii) after pairing your mobile device with a self-checkout register, to follow the instructions provided , which may include, among other things, weighing certain fruits and vegetables, providing proof of age in order to purchase age-restricted items, or submitting to an item check; and (iii) upon completion of all instructions, to select your preferred payment method and complete your payment. After you complete payment, you will receive a digital receipt of the transaction (or, in some cases, a physical receipt may be rendered to you from the self-checkout register), and may exit the store.

·        In some Walmart locations where a self-checkout register is not currently enabled, or in other select circumstances, you may be required to complete a “digital cart transfer”, which transfers products scanned into your digital cart over to a self-checkout register or to a staffed register, where your transaction will be completed in the traditional manner (but without having to re-scan all of your items again at the register).

·        Subject to the laws of the jurisdiction of the store location in which you are shopping, you may be able to scan certain age-restricted items, like alcohol, into your digital cart provided you meet the minimum age requirements of that jurisdiction. Walmart may alter, suspend, or terminate use of Scan & Go at any time at its discretion without notice to you.

·        For certain large purchases, you will be asked to confirm your payment method and identity with a Walmart associate located at the store exit by presenting the credit card used for the transaction and a government-issued photo identification. If you are unable or unwilling to do so, you must pay for your purchase using traditional check-out methods.

·        We may elect to make certain items in our stores ineligible for purchase through Scan & Go at any time, in our sole discretion, with no prior notice to you (for example, firearms, ammunition, alcohol, tobacco, gift cards that are not pre-activated, tires, car batteries, hearing center items, R-rated movies and games, prescriptions and some harsh chemicals).

2.3 Walmart+ Member Prices on Fuel

Walmart+ provides its members with a discount on the price of fuel and may offer other fuel promotions from time to time when purchased from Walmart fueling stations and select third-party fuel providers using the Walmart app. The fuel discount provided by Walmart fueling stations and any third-party fuel providers is subject to change and may differ based on specific location, and is dependent on state laws governing the price of fuels. Any third-party fuel providers participating in this fuel discount program set their own underlying fuel prices provided to the general public. Walmart makes no representation or warranty as to any of the products or services provided by any third-party fuel providers participating in the fuel discount program. In addition, Walmart+ members also have access to Sam’s Club fueling stations, where they can purchase fuel at the same prices made available to Sam’s Club members.


2.4 Video Streaming Choice

Walmart+ offers its members, as a core benefit of Walmart+ membership, the opportunity to activate certain streaming service plans provided by third-party providers, currently Paramount+ and Peacock (each, a “Streaming Service”), as further described below. Walmart+ members also have the opportunity to switch between Streaming Services from time to time and, where available, upgrade to a Streaming Service’s ad-free plan for an additional fee.

The included benefit for each Streaming Service is limited to its ad-supported plan (currently, Paramount+ Essential and Peacock Premium) and does not include any ad-free tiers which are available separately as paid upgrades. The included ad-supported Streaming Service benefit is provided at no additional charge as part of Walmart+ membership, and any upgraded plan is billed by Walmart as described below.

To activate a Streaming Service benefit, Walmart+ Members must visit their account page, select the video streaming benefit, and follow the steps to link their Walmart+ account to a new account for the selected Streaming Service. If you are an existing subscriber to a Streaming Service and wish to take advantage of this benefit, you must first cancel your existing subscription directly with the applicable provider. Once your final billing cycle with that provider is complete, you may visit your Walmart+ account and follow the steps to link your Walmart+ account to the applicable Streaming Service.

Upgrade to Ad-Free Plan. Walmart+ members have the ability, where available, to upgrade their plan for a Streaming Service to an ad-free plan (Paramount+ Premium or Peacock Premium Plus) for an additional monthly or annual fee, which will be billed to the member directly by Walmart in connection with their Walmart+ membership billing pursuant to the provisions above. The applicable upgrade fee may change from time to time and will be disclosed during the upgrade process and any autorenewal communications.

To be eligible for an upgrade, you must (i) have a paid monthly or annual Walmart+ subscription and (ii) have previously enrolled in the applicable ad-supported Streaming Service plan through your Walmart+ membership. You may downgrade or cancel your Streaming Service or upgraded plan through your Walmart Account (Account > Walmart+, then select the applicable Streaming Service (e.g., Paramount+ Premium or Peacock Premium Plus)/Manage Plan). To avoid charges, cancel before your autorenewal date. Upgrade fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. Access to any upgraded Streaming Service plan requires an active Walmart+ membership in good standing.

If a Walmart+ member selects an upgraded Streaming Service plan and later switches Streaming Services, such upgraded subscription will be immediately terminated upon such switch. Walmart+ members may switch between available Streaming Services once every 90 days, provided they remain eligible Walmart+ members at the time of the switch. Separate registration may be required for each Streaming Service.

Each Streaming Service provider (including Paramount for Paramount+ and Peacock for Peacock) is solely responsible for all content provided through its service. Walmart does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, or performance of any Streaming Service. Streaming Services, including available providers, plans, pricing, and eligibility, are subject to change or discontinuation at any time.

 

2.5 Limited-Time Offers or Member Perks

Walmart+ may provide its members with access to limited-time offers or membership perks which provide members with access to discounts, promotions, deals, Walmart Cash, and/or samples on select products or services offered by Walmart or third parties. Walmart reserves the right to make these limited-time offers or member perks available to paid and/or trial members, to remove or disable an offer or perk at any time, to limit redemption quantities of any offer or perk, to shorten or lengthen the time to claim or redeem the offer or perk, and to revise eligibility requirements to claim or redeem an offer or perk (other than the requirement to be an active Walmart+ member to claim an offer or perk). Walmart Cash received through the redemption of any limited-time offers or Member Perks will be available for redemption or cash out within 2-4 weeks after member meets eligibility requirements to receive Walmart Cash. To view and access these limited-time offers or perks, members should visit their Walmart+ account page.


2.6 Walmart+ Travel, powered by Expedia

Walmart+ provides its members with the ability to get Walmart Cash when booking travel with Walmart+ Travel, powered by Expedia, at WalmartPlusTravel.com. The amount of Walmart Cash that can be received through a travel booking on WalmartPlusTravel.com ranges from 2% to 10% of the booking cost (2% on air bookings and 10% on everything else), excluding taxes and fees, and is subject to change at any time. After a member has booked travel through WalmartPlusTravel.com, the Walmart Cash will show as “pending” in their account within 48 hours after booking. If a member cancels or modifies a booking, the associated “pending” Walmart Cash will update within 48 hours after the booking modification or cancellation. Except for pay later car rentals, Walmart Cash received for travel bookings made through WalmartPlusTravel.com will be available for redemption approximately 30 days after a booking is completed. Walmart Cash received for pay later car rentals made through WalmartPlusTravel.com will only be available for redemption approximately 90 days after a booking is completed. The ability to receive and redeem Walmart Cash as a result of a travel booking through Walmart+ Travel, powered by Expedia, is subject to the Walmart Cash Terms of Use available here.

Members will be required to sign in through Walmart.com account prior to booking travel on WalmartPlusTravel.com, and when doing so, you direct Walmart to provide your data to Expedia for the purpose of accessing and using the Walmart+ Travel powered by Expedia site. When booking travel on WalmartPlusTravel.com, Members are subject to Expedia’s privacy policy and terms of use, and Members direct Expedia to provide booking data to Walmart.

2.7 Auto Care

Walmart+ provides its members with certain auto care benefits available only in Walmart Auto Care Centers. Walmart may, at its sole discretion, require its members to sign an acknowledgment form prior to performing any service associated with the Auto Care benefits. By receiving services under these benefits, You agree to be bound by any and all restrictions and terms of Walmart Auto Care Centers, including the terms and conditions of the Road Hazard Warranty available here.

  • Road Hazard Warranty: Walmart+ provides its trial and paid members with a Road Hazard Warranty on tire(s) purchased and installed at Walmart Auto Care Centers. This benefit applies only to tires installed on passenger cars, light trucks, minivans, small RVs, & crossovers. At the time the tire(s) are purchased and installed, the member must scan a QR Code available at the Walmart Auto Care Center to confirm membership status. The member will receive a receipt showing “proof of purchase” of the tires and the warranty benefit, which must be retained and presented to make a claim. The Road Hazard Warranty does not apply once tire tread is no longer usable (2/32”) or if you have violated the terms/restrictions of the Road Hazard Warranty. This benefit is not applicable to:
    • Tires purchased or installed at a location other than a Walmart Auto Care Center
    • Utility tires (e.g. tires used on golfcarts, trailers, ATVs, lawn & garden equipment) or any other specialty tires
    • Tires for use on semi-trucks, farm equipment, large recreational vehicles, motorcycles, commercial trucks/vehicles, or any similar vehicle-type
    • Not available in New York.
  • Unlimited Tire Repair: Walmart+ provides its trial and paid members with unlimited tire repair at Walmart Auto Care Centers. This benefit applies only to tires on or used for passenger cars, light trucks, minivans, small RVs, & crossovers. At the time of the repair, the member must scan a QR Code available at the Walmart Auto Care Center to confirm membership status. The member is not required to own the tire or vehicle to be eligible to use this benefit. The tire repair benefit does not apply once tire tread is no longer usable (2/32”) or if the location & size of the damage does not meet industry standards for tire repair services, which shall be determined solely at Walmart’s discretion. This benefit is not applicable to:
    • Refund requests for tire repairs previously performed at any Walmart Auto Care Center
    • Tire repairs on utility tires (e.g. tires used on golfcarts, trailers, ATVs, lawn & garden equipment) or any other specialty tires
    • Tire repairs on tires used on or for semi-trucks, farm equipment, large recreational vehicles, motorcycles, commercial trucks/vehicles, or similar type vehicle

2.8 Burger King Savings

2.8.1 25% Off Any Purchase Every Day. Walmart+ provides its trial and paid members with 25% off eligible orders (before applicable taxes and fees) on the BK® app or on bk.com at participating Burger King® restaurants for order ahead or delivery. 2.9 Free Online Pet Care with Pawp.  Walmart+ provides its trial and paid members with a subscription to Pawp’s digital health clinic and telehealth platform for pet owners, connecting members with veterinary professionals, as an included, core benefit of a Walmart+ membership. The Pawp membership includes free 24/7 access to licensed veterinary professionals via text & video with unlimited on-demand virtual visits for up to 6 pets (dogs & cats only). As an optional add-on benefit, billed directly through Pawp, Walmart+ members can sign up for Pawp’s Emergency Fund protection for $19/month, giving you access to up to $3,000/year for pet emergencies. In order to enable this benefit, go to your Walmart+ membership hub & find the Pawp benefit, select “Get started” & you’ll be prompted to create a Pawp account. Pawp services only available on mobile platforms. Utilization of the Pawp benefit and Pawp’s Emergency Fund are subject to Pawp’s terms of use found at Pawp.com/tos.

2.10 Returns from Home.
Available to select Walmart+ members with an active membership at the time the member selects a “Returns from Home” timeslot for the return of an eligible item. This benefit is limited to select locations and select purchases. Your return is eligible if “Returns from Home” is listed as an option for return when selecting a return method. For each scheduled return pickup timeslot, no more than four (4) items from the same purchase may be returned through Returns from Home. If you select the FedEx pickup option, you must repackage the item(s), print and attach the return label to the package(s), and have the return available, and ready, for pickup at the pickup time. Your return must comply with FedEx’s requirements.

Depending on availability, you may have the option to hand your unpackaged item directly to a delivery driver and provide them with the return barcode to scan at the time of pickup. The below items are prohibited from being picked up by delivery personnel:

  • Items weighing more than 15 lbs.
  • Items with any edge longer than 36 inches
  • Items with a cost that is equal to or exceeds $500
  • Items purchased or picked up in store or curbside
  • Alcoholic beverages

2.11 5% Cash Back at Walmart with Walmart+ with your OnePay CashRewards World Mastercard

Walmart+ members get 5% cash back on purchases at Walmart in-store or online at www.walmart.com. You earn OnePay Points equal to 5% of each $1 spent on a Purchase at Walmart with your OnePay CashRewards World Mastercard, so long as your OnePay CashRewards World Mastercard is linked to your Walmart+ Membership, which equals 5 OnePay Points per $1 spent. To receive 5% cash back at Walmart you must be a Walmart+ member at the time the Purchase is settled. If you leave the Walmart+ Membership program, you will only receive 3% cash back at Walmart until you rejoin. Subject to the full OnePay CashRewards World Mastercard Terms and Conditions found here. Purchases or other transactions made at a Walmart affiliate (e.g. Sam’s Club) or a third-party entity (e.g. third-party restaurants, retailers, services) located inside a Walmart retail store or gas station, made through third-party merchants on Walmart.com or the Walmart app, or through Expedia at www.walmartplustravel.com where Walmart is not the merchant of record are not Walmart Purchases for purposes of earning 5% cash back with OnePay Points.

3. WALMART+ PLUS UP BENEFITS

From time to time, Walmart+ may offer to its members additional, fee-based benefits (“Plus Up Benefits”), for which a separate, payment or subscription may be required. In order to purchase a Plus Up Benefit, you must have, and maintain, a Walmart+ membership in good standing. Plus Up Benefits are subject to the same enrollment, payment, and other requirements as set forth in Section1 (Membership) above. Each individual Plus Up Benefit will have a separate monthly or annual fee, which may be billed either contemporaneously with, or separately from, your main Walmart+ Membership. If you terminate your Walmart+ Membership, you will also automatically terminate any Plus Up Benefits to which you have subscribed. You may terminate your subscription to any Plus Up Benefit in which you were previously enrolled without affecting your Walmart+ Membership. Each individual Plus Up Benefit may also be subject to its own specific terms of use. Any such terms of use are in all cases subject to these Walmart+ Terms of Use and the Walmart.com Terms of Use (referenced above), and are expressly incorporated herein by reference. 4. WALMART+ TRIAL BENEFITS

From time to time Walmart may offer to all, or select, Walmart+ members the ability to participate in certain trial benefits (“Trial Benefits”) that are being piloted or tested for the Walmart+ program and/or for wider distribution. Walmart reserves the right to select the specific members who will be allowed to participate and utilize these Trial Benefits. Utilization of such Trial Benefits is not mandatory, however, should you choose to do so, any such utilization is in all cases subject to the relevant terms of use for such Trial Benefit. Any Trial Benefits and the relevant terms of use will be identified in this section. Trial Benefits may at any time be discontinued, or modified, and the length of time during which they are made available and/or to whom they are made available (including to non-members of the Walmart+ program) may be changed, in all cases in our sole discretion and without any notice to you.

4.1 In-Store Perks

In a limited number of select participating locations, Walmart+ members have trial access to the following, in addition to the Free Flat Tire Repair and Road Hazard Warranty Benefits described in Section 2.7 (available only in stores with Auto Care Centers):

  • Free photo prints. 25 free 4X6 prints every calendar month. May be redeemed in multiple transactions or all at once during the month, from the Photo Center (available only at stores with a Photo Center).
  • Member savings on money services transaction. Once per calendar quarter (January 1-March 31, April 1-June 30, July 1 –Sept 30, October 1 to December 31), Walmart will waive the applicable money services customer fee for one transaction (excludes Rapid Reload, Card Cashing and eCash Out services, and non-Walmart fees). All other fees, foreign exchange, or taxes are the responsibility of the member. May be redeemed at the Walmart Money Services Center or Customer Service Desk.

When in store, members must confirm their eligibility for the benefit using their mobile device to access their Walmart+ Benefits page from the Walmart app and display the barcode to the Walmart associate assisting with their transaction.

Unused benefits will not accrue or be carried forward. Benefit will not be replenished if applicable promotional item is returned or cancelled (e.g., returning photo prints or cancelling a money-send transaction).

Limited to select stores that are part of the In-Store Perks trial.
