I have owned this brand of vacuum for many years. I had owned the first one for 10-plus years with no issues whatsoever! i just recently upgraded to this one because the bottom of the neck part had cracked. Rather than spend the money on just a part, I chose to buy another vacuum. I love this one also. The only difference with this one is it doesn't have a button where it allows you to push the dirt out of the collection area in the back. You have to kind of take your finger and scoop it out... Or shake it out. I didn't mind because I love the vacuum. i would recommend it. Also comes with an extra battery which I've never had to use the extra battery in all the years. I've owned this brand of vacuum.

I love the stand it comes with, it does not need to be mounted to the wall the way most cordless vacuums require. I like how simple the controls are, and how quiet the motor is when it is running. The power is not as strong as the Dyson, but definitely runs better than the Bissel cordless. Works great for pet hair, cat litter, and fits into tight places like around the toilet. I love this vacuum!
