Box came ripped with holes but parts were undamaged. I would have gave this product a 4 for the review but because of how amazing the customer service was I'm giving this a 5. A spring fell out of the box and was likely lost during delivery. I called and after a very short wait, a rep told me the steps to fill out a form online. Form was easy and the response to the form was just amazing. The same day the form was filled, they sent out a new spring. It was hassle free. I would give them 10 stars on customer service for such a fast response.

We found this on a great rollback, ordered then check reviews which had us nervous lol but for the deal you couldn't go wrong. The box did arrive damaged an ripped opened on one end, but to be fair it's extremely heavy! With that being said we expected things to be missing! One person built, while it was definitely a long process and tiring, most definitely worth the money! The instructions are a little difficult at times. But over all we are very happy with this trampoline! It's huge! Tons of space for the kids! Nothing was missing pieces or parts nothing damaged from box. Highly recommend
