If your unit has been standing idle for extended period of time and you cannot start it right away, please make sure that the battery is sufficiently charged to be able to crank the engine. The sufficient voltage shown by a multimeter might be misleading. The battery should be charged to deliver required electrical current.

No Regrets

I just moved to the country and no electricity means no water pump so I bought this Dual Fuel. So far I tested every start method / remote/ on the unit / and pull crank both with gas and propane and everything works as it should. I am expecting to use it to power my water pump, hot water tank and lights. The electrician has not hooked it up yet but I already used it for two hours when we lost power and connected my water pump and microwave on it.

I'm giving you the most honest review. And that's

Yes I would definitely recommend this generator my neighbor said twice to me that he's so jealous. The craftsmanship everything is so sharp on this it's amazing. It's outstanding and everything works perfectly. I'm so glad I did not purchase an overpriced Honda or champion all these other name brands. Westinghouse is known for their quality that they are very underestimated.
