Handy minced onions

For years I have loved the minced Onion. Is not that I am lazy about cutting onions, is just that any dish needing onions to it, has lots to do with it. The minced onions is a handy way of quickly adding onions. Everyone can make their bowl of chili or soup, as much onions as that person likes. And those of us whose stomach has a mind of its own and tummy will not keep down a lot of onions, have a easier eating time if the chili or pizza sauce is only light with onions, minced onions work.

GV minced onion

GV Dried Onion, This and Garlic are my go to spices for everything. I think it has more flavor than even real onions. That said, the last couple bottles looked like they were not full. I have used these for years, I have seen some full and some not so full. So I got out my digital scale and weighed the new one today. It weighed 2.37 oz! Even though it was like an inch low in the bottle. So I give it the Best Rating. And I feel less worried about the fullness of the bottle.

Only problem is...

sooomeooone couldn't keep their hands off and never bothered to get a new one despite a note placed right on it. So now anyone reading this can take a benefit from the tragic void left behind as I watched my poor little Mincy slip away into the abyss never to be in reach 😭 ever, ever again!!! Oh wait that's right I finally remembered to restock 😂 Yeah it's clearly a desired ingredient in this house.
