Great price on a closeout item. The batteries have the older USB A ports, and the newer ones are USB C. That doesn't matter if you dont intend to power high drain devices from the USB port or if you only want to top off a phone. I love the drill fearure that has a hidden 1/4" bit holder! This is a great homeowner set. Pefect for assembling things, drilling a few holes (or a lot of holes), fixing a fence, building a backyard swing, and a bunch more. Pair it with a set of twist drill bits, an impact rated bit set, 3/8 socket adapter, and a cheap set of 3/8 SAE sickets, and you can tackle quite a bit in your home! The ring light on the impact lights up your work very well, although the drill LED is a little weak. The 12-volt form factor is great if you have small hands, but guys with big mitts won't feel like they're holding a toy. I think it's a great size for the house versus the 18-20 volt drills from the big names in the game. You don't work on your car with this. This is quality homeowner level stuff with a 5 year warranty.

Im pleasantly surprised amd kudos to Skil they have made an admiral comback these feel solid and well built and well thought out from the front led ring light to the batteries bejng able to accept usb cords to recharge hour devices along the wsy and the batteries that vone with maybe small but man fo they last and even come with protective clip on shield afre charging and in between uses! Going to try the saw zall next !
