Worked great. After thorough review of other reviews, this is NOT for cushion!!! One review recommended it for for scouts. They worked great for my boys. There is a little custom with the thin pad. Helped keep them nice and warm. On a side note- I've tried using a *thick* yoga mat before when I had nothing else, and it were awful! I'm told Yoga mats are for grip and not actually great for cushion because of how readily the material compresses. I can tell you now that these are much better for cushion, if that is your purpose, and you randomly thought to use a yoga mat like I did, than a yoga mat could be. Better than the ground. Major step up. Great price. Worked well.

Keeps sleeping bag dry from nighttime ground moisture. An won't pop like air mattresses do.
