My 8 year old LOVES it. We got it for her birthday and she has had fun posing people and taking their pics. It has a flash for every photo, so that takes some getting used to but also makes the photos look really old school. Easy to use and so nice that it comes with an album.

Expensive

I bought the purple instax 7 bundle for an xmas gift. I decided t get the camera case to go with it and it was quite a job trying to find the color to match the camera, but I finally did on amazon. I'm not sure how the instax 7 and the instax 9 differ but I'm hoping the instax 7 is just as good as the 9. I also bought some extra film. Overall, this became a pricey gift. You can buy the 20 pack film at target for $15 and at walmart for $13. Normally they're $20 for 20 pics.

it's okay

cute but very poor packaging. it's supposed to be wrap for Christmas but the box looks like its been opened and was a return from other customer. I'm not very happy but what can I do.... and I should have paid attention to details that it is batteries operated and not a rechargeable camera.
