Amazing vacuum. Picks up every! You will be shocked to see just how dirty your floors are. This robot is also very strong. I did not think it would make it to my kitchen because of the high thresholds in and out. But it climbs them! I was hesitant to get another robot vacuum because the one I had years ago sat in the closet. I could not stand how it bounced around and never really covered the entire floor. I knew if I did get one, it would have to be a Shark. It took me a while to get it out of the box and hooked up. That process wasn't complicated and the instructions were easy to follow. Then it took me a while to try to use it. When I first opened the app to see what to do, it wanted to map my home. Well it was after Christmas and I had stuff everywhere. I couldn't see a way around this step to I ran around ahead of it picking stuff up and moving stuff out of the way that wasn't usually there. I laughed at myself. After that experience and my 8 lb dog attacking it, it again took me a while to actually use it. 2 1/2 months later, I opened the app, and realized I could send it to whatever room I wanted it to vacuum and it would go there! So I sent it to the bedroom. It proceeded to go directly to the bedroom and did its thing! It actually covered more of the floor than I can reach with my vacuum! It went under the bed!! I was thrilled!! It looked like I had gone back and forth on the open carpet, with nice neat parallel lines where it had been. I was overjoyed!! It's the little things these days, but this one made it all worth it! Then it went back to its base and emptied itself!! You really can't ask for much more!! I will use it often now! Definitely a great purchase!!

I contacted them and was told they would refund me the money, but didn't and didn't even have the courtesy to tell me. Check amazon first. Make walmart your last resort. I know I will.
