This was a terrible experience. The Walmart app said the TV would be delivered on a Thursday, but UPS didn’t have record of the shipment. After trying for two days to contact the seller, he finally shipped it on the Wednesday. Once it arrived on Saturday, it was the WRONG TV. This is the worst online seller I’ve ever encountered.

Don't waste your time with this particular seller, they've been taking advantage of the individuals who have attempted to purchase their items and to save you the hassle look elsewhere and make sure it's not a 3rd party item

If I could give no starts I would. To summarize, I tried to purchase a TV through Walmart through this third party seller. First, they sent me the wrong model which was worth half the price of what I ordered. After returning that, I received a second TV that was obviously used, missing manual, a plastic cover piece was loose and no screen protective cover. This was a horrible experience. I have initiated the return in order to get a full refund.

The order was delayed. When it showed up, the box had obviously been opened ( the packaging tape wasn’t the same as the underside. ) The bag with the power adapter was torn open. I was under the impression that the tv comes with an hdmi cable. Not in the box. The remote bag was torn open. Everything else seems to be here. Hope the TV works…..

I was told when the television would arrive but it didn't arrive when they first said it would. The television arrived several days earlier. Which, of course, was a pleasant surprise. It was in great shape, with no damage and no problems.

When we noticed that the screws were missing, they quickly worked to send us replacements.

Was sent a used item when presented a%23 new. Unbearable perfume smell. Defective seams. Could not be less pleased.

Ordered a new 65" TV. Item that arrived was clearly not new as the bottom of the box was torn, and the top was sealed with duct tape. Inside the plastic bags were already torn open and batteries were installed in the (dirty) remote. This was clearly returned or refurbished, being sold as brand new. Turning on the TV also went straight to a bootloader android error, so it doesn't even work to top it all off. Suggest avoiding this seller.
