Finally got the lids to work. We were using dead batteries! Once we got new ones placed the lids work like magic I like the fact it closes by itself and dogs can't get into it, unless they wave their head over the motion sensor. That hasn't happened yet. It is small and compact. It fits in my small bathroom between toilet and tub. There isn't much room there so I was concerned. I like it so far. No complaints.

My daughter has one of this, it's working very well that's why I bought it. When I got mine it stops working after 2 days. First I thought that was the battery, so I changed the battery and restarted, that was okay. Long story short, I changed the battery twice but it keeps doing the same thing. After a couple days, I have to restart it again before it opens automatically. I'm not happy about it.
