VIZIO 65" Class 4K UHD LED HDR Smart TV (V4K65M-08)

Vizio has always been my Go-To brand for TV’s so when I found this one (on sale!) I had to scoop it up. Reliable, crystal clear picture makes late night movies just that much better. The only 2 issues we have as a family with this TV is that it doesn’t have an Ethernet port ( all my other Vizio’s do ) so it depends on wifi… unfortunately, despite the wifi modem being directly under the TV and everyone in our neighborhood having the same provider/package with no issues what-so-ever, our apartment catches a dead zone and that means the TV gets wiped out…..often. The second thing is the TV relies on the use of the remote for things like… well pretty much everything. It took me 10 min to locate a physical button on the TV itself and that button was fairly useless without the remote; which like the wifi… is MIA… often. This annoys the 11 year old in the house more than the adults because he can’t figure out how to use the TV when he loses the remote, luckily having 3 other Vizio TV’s in the house, we are able to locate a remote that will atleast function on the TV- and sometimes it’s fun to watch my son yell at the remote (that does not have voice to text capabilities) to change the channel. Ultimately the issues we have are minor. I would 100% ( and have), recommend this TV and Vizio brand in general to my family and friends- and I have alot of friends! Enjoy!

I was a loyal Vizio television customer until this purchase. Sound and picture sucks. Loading the apps is a constant problem. Called customer service several times and Niko @ 605.540.2044 is extremely rude. They came and the repair was not successful. They refuse to replace this defective product. I’m done with Vizio!!!!
