After a difficult start ( had to order replacement parts, which arrived woefully poorly packed! ) Im now using and delighted with performance, battery power, level of filtration, manoeuvrability. I need some more attachments but basics to start are good, and a light machine for me to handle with arthritis. Fabulous...and everywhere is clean !

I bought this about 2 weeks ago and it is brilliant. Cleaning performance is excellent which is important as we have a dog who malts. Battery life is superb and I love there are 3 settings showing the battery life for each. It's so easy to manoeuvre, light and can get virtually everywhere with the attachments. Emptying it is simplicity itself. Under the offer we got the floor doc too which is fantastic, making storage and recharging simplicity itself.

I'm a great admirer of Dyson products. They're all so ergonomic and cleverly thought out . This product has exceeded my expectations. Easy to put up the holding station the suction on the hoover part is tremendous. It's light and easy to manipulate and its battery life is so much longer than my previous V8 machine. V happy with it.
