Chops Like a Sous Chef

This thing is a BEAST and yeah, it's heavy and takes up substantial counter space, but I ain't complaining. It thinly sliced 6 pounds of potatoes in less than 5 minutes and it was FUN. I was making a large order of scalloped, cheesy potatoes for a family affair and it saved me so much time I was able to attend to other tasks. I did carrots in slices and used it to mince herbs and garlic. I haven't made any dough with it yet, but plan to soon. Wish this came with an instruction manual...had to find a person's review on YouTube for set up.

Quiet, sturdy and reliable

I bought my first Cuisinart food processor in the 90s and it lasted for two decades. When I finally had to replace it the next Cuisinart was a huge disappointment — loud, mostly plastic, and it broke after two years. A good thing, really, because this new one is much more like the one I had in the 90s. It has a sturdy metal base. It is super quiet. It's easy to use and easy to clean. I'm looking forward to two decades with this puppy!

Out with the old

Had a 20yr old Cuisinart that finally gave out and the wife so happy with this one. Little things with the new one like the shredder not balling everything up and having to unclog it and a small hole in the plunger so you can drizzle liquids into your thing you're making.
