DISCLAIMER: I bought this bench as a supplemental bench. SO for MY needs, I love it. It's light, very easy to move from one part of my gym to the other. It was pretty much already assembled AND I LOVED that! The bench is small in stature, lower than Im used to and a bit shorter height wise on the back pad, and Im only 5'4", but it does the job that I intentionally bought it for IF you are a taller person, this bench may be a bit small for you. IF you are HEAVY lifter, this bench may be to light for you. Again, I have a heavy duty bench, and I wanted something to supplement that bench for my functional trainer, and this bench ticked all my boxes

Unlike so many products one gets from overseas, which require a great deal of assembly, this quality product requires very minimal assembly: three pins set in place. And the foam covers for the foot bar. Though it is not very heavy, it is solid and well made.
