Easy to put together and very easy to fold up if you want to hang on wall or store out of the way. So far it seems sturdy and I weigh 280 lbs and have been using this lifting 50lb dumbbells so seems to hold weight no problem. Adjusts very easily and I have been able to use in all positions with no issues.
