Works well!

After watching some guy review water pitchers, I was sold on the ZeroWater pitcher. It makes me feel better to be able to test the water. The only thing about this (and all other water pitchers I've tried) is that it is sometimes hard to get the filter screwed on enough to prevent leaks. If I have to struggle with it, I'd still rather struggle with the ZeroWater pitcher than any other.

I previously had a 12 cup and I liked a lot but I washed it in the dishwasher and it leaked from then on. I bought the 10 cup because it was on deal. My only problem is you have to keep holding as you refill it because it's top heavy as it fills and falls to the side drenching the counter if your not careful. I never had that problem with the 12 cup.

Tastes better !

I have very hard water where I live. It always has tasted and smelled like chlorine to me. Got this water pitcher to see if I could drink the water from the tap and save money on buying bottled water. And save the planet from any more plastic water bottles. The water tastes 100 % better. No more chlorine smell and taste. The only two thing I don't like about it is it will not fit in my refrigerator on the shelves. I would have to completely remove one whole shelf and that isn't an option. So I leave it on the counter all the time. Also it is a little top heavy. The base needs to be a little wider.
