The exercise bands

The bands are a great addition to my gym routine as they allow for more or less resistance. They are very helpful for my therapy and vary my stress on my shoulders as I'm strengthening them to stave off surgery for my torn rotator cuffs. Also, they allow you to use more resistance on healthier areas without the stress of dumbbells. Very pleased with the quality and variety the bands offer.
