Great Customer Service

I have not put it all together yet so the use of it is yet to be determined. However, I am giving it this rating because of the customer service from Lifetime. I managed to shear a bolt and ruin the sleeved threaded nut to the backboard. I contacted them and asked them how I can get another threaded sleeve. They were kind enough to send me another packet with the parts I need.

Awesome! A little challenging to put together, but worth it in the end. Be sure to use sand for the base in potentially windy areas, putting it on the lowest height setting to avoid it tipping over and damaging the unit.

Faulty part made assembly tough.

U-bolt for rim had bad threads, was able to force nut on with impact driver, but would have been a lot easier with good threads. overall basketball goal seems solid, locking height adjustment is a bit finicky, but otherwise works great.
