Does a great job on the carpet and hardwood floor in my house. You can map in the app "no go" areas for vacuum, mop, or both. You can map areas and send the robot to only work on them. Choose the amount of water you want to be used in mopping mode. Easy to remove the brush in case you need to untangle stuck hair. Cons The app doesn't have a way to separate first floor from second floor. On Android as other users reviewed, sometimes when you open the app it doesn't have connectivity, so you need to close/clean cache or logout/login again. I think t's a great bang for the buck, and hope they can improve it even more with updates of software and firmware.

For the money it’s well worth it.

We have had it for a week. It has done a good job finding it’s way around and picking up dog hair and dirt. The lidar guided mapping system did a good job mapping out the floor plan. It’s gotten stuck a few times but that was in tight areas such as under the table and chairs and once under the couch. There was a speaker wire that caused this. Wherever you want it to clean make sure you define areas where it won’t get stuck or go over wires.
