Best cut for the $$$

As a woodworking hobbyist and enthusiast, I can appreciate the luster of big name brand tools. However, seeing as my needs rarely warrant that price tag, I've found WEN products not only adequate but exceptional for my needs. Of course, if you're looking for a track saw to withstand the ages and all the beating you can throw at it, this might not be the choice for you. But I'll say this one's perfect for the hobbiest or occasional woodworker. The track is easily assembled and sturdy enough for my use. Operating the saw took a bit of a learning curve, but really I had it down in 10 mins. The blade itself is adequate. I've mostly run it across 3/4 maple plywood, which it handles without trouble. The cuts are straight, the track was sturdy. I really have no complaints. It simply did the job I wanted it to.
