Great Taste!

Well, hey…need more fiber? Want to keep regular? Well, this is the product for you. Have a spoonful mixed in water every day to keep things “moving”. The sugar free one gets glumped up way faster. This one at least gives you time to stir and gulp it down! If you're watching your calories, this is worth using a few to have it mix better. I won't buy the sugar free one anymore. But, this one I highly recommend. Just as good as Metamucil but much more affordable. I will continue to get this product. Give it a try!

This Equate item works just as well as the comparable product Metamucil, but is a greater value because of the low price. You can't beat that! I am adjusting my diet to be healthier and this has definitely helped. If you are using it to combat unwarranted hunger and cravings, I highly recommend this product.
