Might be the best is class or tied with T C L

I use to buy all Samsung .... but they started failing. One lasted 14 months in 2024. So I bought my 2nd .... once you get use the the volume on the side,....that is the best...so easy to find. The tv has a good picture, the one I bought 8 years ago for my cabin still works fine. I would say in the economy brands..it is this or TCL .

Initial setup was a pain. The TV froze and I miraculously got it into some safe mode boot menu that allowed me to restart it. I finally got it connected to WiFi and after a system update it has been running fine. Other than that, pictures quality is mediocre. It especially struggles with panning shots and fast motion. It simply cannot process the images fast enough. Overall it's fine for a secondary TV but I do not recommend it for a primary tv.

Data that was request was requested repeatedly

I provided my Date of purchase, my place of purchase, my serial number, my symptoms, and my receipt at the start of my request. It was requested again. So I provided it again thinking that the original form did not forward the information. Then it was requested again. And again. This is evidence of the lack of organization and/or the lack of training. It was extremely frustrating.
