I am a small 70 year old woman, and you will be amazed at how many uses there ate for this, other than moving! Changing from vertical to horizontal and visa versa, CANNOT be any easier. It is lightweight, durable, and user friendly for the elderly.. the tires go easily from carpet to tile to concrete. I mainly use it horizontally.. for 100 different things.
