This piece is beautiful. Sturdy. No issues while cooking. I’ve used it on the stove top and in the oven. Works great. I haven’t had issues with sticking, which with other brands seems to be a regular problem. The color is gorgeous. I love it and I’d by 10 more to gift. I never put any of my pans in the dishwasher so I’ve only hand washed without any issues. The ceramic is lovey and I haven’t had a problem with the finish.

I bought this primarily to bake bread but I also used it to do marinara and meatballs in the oven. On the stovetop the sauce was splattering everything, so I threw it in the oven with the lid. It is a heavy pot so I guess you could use it to build arm strength. I bought the blue one and it’s a pretty color.

I used this Pot Last night To Make Some Pork with Broccoli and Carrots with Onions and Bell Pepper. It braised The Meat, Sauté the Onions/Bell Pepper and Boiled The Vegies All In One Pot! I Love This Pot and I Know I will Get Many Years of Cooking Various of Foods in it Even Though it is a Little bit Heavy For Me To Lift with Arthritic in Hands Where I Sometimes Drop Things But I will hold on tight when carrying it. I Found Some Nice Bamboo Utensils I Use With it to Prevent Scratching the Inner White surface.
