A nurse told me about L-Lysine probably 30 years ago, it helps issues in your mouth. My issue was the corners of my mouth were cracking and it really works. Some people are subject to colpd sores and it helps get rid opf them quicker than other methods. It is amino acids which are all natural healing methods.

There's only One natural food source for L-Lysine and it's the white inside of a bell pepper; most folks cut out the white inside of bell peppers because they are unaware of the health benefit; I keep these supplement in stock; (it's greatest use is to prevent or treat fever blisters) If I ever get a fever blister, it apply L-Lysine ointment and take these oral supplements because it Works!

Clearly clears my face/ skin
I know when i start breaking out in my face I need to refill the L-Lysin. Many complain about the size of this pill. All you have to do is cut it in half. If that's still too much, cut the halves in half. But do make sure to drink plenty of water with this pill. I have to take with food because it makes me nauseous. Great steal of a deal. Only brand I've used for years.
