I've been using WFM for years and have never had any issues with dropped calls or service in general. I've used the service traveling without issues in OK, AZ, MS, TX, NM, AZ, CA %26 NV. I switched from T-Mobile and very pleased. You get a lot more for your money in service. Phone selection isn't as good but you can bring your own phone so that makes it even better.
