Round Bottom Heavy 16 Inch 15 gauge (1.8mm) carbon steel wok, commercial grade. Original design by Craft Wok since 2014, proven quality over the years. Traditional Chinese wok pan with a round bottom.
Not suitable for flat electric or flat induction stoves. Carbon steel wok may rust. Do not forget to season it before use! Instructions for easy seasoning are included with the wok.
- Important things to consider:
- This wok has round bottom: not suitable for flat electric or flat induction stove.
- This wok is very heavy and sturdy. Wok weight: 5.7 pounds (2.6 kg).
- Diameter: 16 inch.
- This wok must be seasoned before use. The seasoning process includes removing the protective oil from the wok.
- Hand wash only (not suitable for dishwasher).
- Any carbon steel wok including this one may rust if not maintained properly. It may take time to learn how to maintain the carbon steel wok.
