I like this creatine and I take it every day. I am 65, and I lift weights 3x per week and walk every day. I noticed several things right away: 1) I started to sleep better. 2) I started to dream a lot more. Sometimes very odd dreams. 3) I woke up feeling much better. 4) My muscles grew overnight. That is caused by water gain inside the muscles, which is good. I also gaind 2 to 3 pounds immediately (water weight). I weight 220. 5) My workouts are better. I cannot lift more, but I don't run out of energy as fast. My walking pace went from 20 min/mile to 19 min/mile. 6) I feel more alert and smarter. This is a subjective opinion but in my research, some studies indicate that creatine is good for the brain. I could not find any study that said creatine is a risk. I purchased two different types from Walmart, one which is a powder and one in tablet form (this one). Both from the same company. I take the powder (5 grams) with water during breakfast and the pill form (2 pills = 2 grams) at dinner. I recommend this product. I plan to take it every day for the rest of my life.
