It is VERY quiet. I like being able to either use USB or batteries. The cable is longer than most personal fans. It can be positioned left %26 right as well as up and down. It can either be clipped on a surface or sit flat !! The only drawback is that there is only one speed but the one is perfect!

Does NOT work on batteries

This is supposed to come rechargeable and be battery operable, it is neither. It works for about 30 seconds with batteries and then it dies. The batteries do not recharge, and different batteries didn't make it work either. So we have to keep it plugged in to make it work. It also does no that speeds, it's just one. The best part about it is that it does clip solidly and swivel in all directions and is quiet. It just won't run without plug in.
