Boils fast! Great for hot tea, instant coffee, oatmeal, instant soups. Love it. It’s only 1 liter which is plenty enough for me, but they also make larger ones if you want a larger capacity for boiling water. Received it the same day. Not necessary but a nice surprise. Lightweight and easy to handle but still can get 3 cups of tea from one heating. Heats very quickly. I like that it’s glass and the minerals in my water do not adhere to the sides. It has a strainer attached to the spout so I can brew loose tea right in it. It was a great purchase.
