I am very impressed with the quality of the rug itself and the customer service I received (without contacting customer service!) The rug arrived appearing a bit distressed, but it adds to the charming character of this simple rug. It goes effortlessly with my decor, and is comfortable to walk on. The dog loves it too- and it has held up marvelously to several days of chiweenie zoomies! I appreciate all the helpful tips and extensive descriptions on the website; I felt very well-informed about this major home decor purchase! I would say I would buy another RugsUSA rug... but I don't think I'll need to replace this one anytime soon!

Cute Boho/Minimalist Rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the peach version of this rug and it is so cute! Looks exactly like the photos online. The only thing I will say is that the braiding makes the rug feel a little coarser than I expected, which my cat loves (unfortunately). Time will tell if the rug can put up with daily cat biscuits, but so far no issues!
