Firm and flavorful

Oftentimes when I buy Castevetrano olives they are soft and sometimes mushy. These olives, however, were pleasantly firm and flavorful. I have eaten two jars of them (mostly by myself), and think they are some of the best I have eaten in the United States.

A wonderful table olive

The olives are plump, well sorted and tasty. I combine them with local olives I cured and some other Italian favorites with celery and seasonings and olive oil...lovely and attractive for the table! Easily one of if not the best table olive!!!
