Walmart always carries trusted brands like Dial and Softsoap antibacterial soaps so I know what I am getting

I love the delivery service and most items I get are fine, and exactly what I ordered. However, on occasion items have been substituted without my OK for items that I don't want. I find the shoppers do not get the latest dated and are close to the “for sale date.” Breads are stale, always out of over the counter medical items (certain vitamins, specific Tylenol items, shower soaps, specific coffee, creamers, etc.) these are items that usually you have in the store but run out of and sometimes it will be over two weeks that you will still be out of the items. And then you want to mail them to me which I find kind of bizarre. Certain specific kinds of coffee, Snapple peach iced tea and again sometimes it's two weeks or more before these items are available again. I find that the delivery people I have had so far are extremely friendly and accommodating. And forget trying to place a delivery order between Saturday and Wednesday because you're always out of stuff at least in the Ithaca , New York store.
