Miguel, our tech was efficient, fast and very kind. He made sure that the TV was hung at height that was appropriate for everyone in the house and then he stayed to make sure that the TV worked once it was set up. I would recommend his services to anyone that needed this type of work in the future.

Scheduled and on day of arrival appointment was rescheduled… 3 times. What a total waste of my time. I got the impression that they scheduled and rescheduled but only looked for someone to do the work after the fact so no direct coordination with an actual installer. If you have to take off work for the service, don't! Deal with an installer directly.

They did not conceal wires. they left me with the parts and said i needed to get an extension cord for the plug and then I should zip tie the cords out of the way. I have 2 cord conceal sets and cords just as messy as always but I paid $ 50 more to not have a mess.
