Sole Leaves Permanent Black Marks on Boot Fabric

Boots are cute and comfortable. I fit nicely in a child's 6 and I am an adult who wears a women's 7.5. The issue is the “non marking sole” may not mark the floor, but it certainly permanently marks the boot material itself. Make sure your feet never touch each other when crossing legs, sitting, or walking or you will have ugly black marks all over your boots. It does not come out.

The overall look and style is versatile and cute. The boots run slightly large but I feel like wearing boot socks would help them fit better. What I'm most disappointed in is the actual quality. The 1st thing I noticed taking them out of the box was that one boot was missing 2 of the gem decorations. One gem was in the bottom of the box but I didn't find the largest turquoise gem. I can fix the one but I don't have the biggest gem deco to replace it. Now I understand that they weren't fancy boots, especially under $25, but I can't justify why I received boots that were already damaged before being placed in a box to be shipped.
