It's an awesome home workout addition to anyone's "garage workout zone"; our son loves it and helps him practice his martial arts kicking technique. We like it because we don't have to hoist a hundred odd pounds of old-school punching/kicking bag suspended from our garage ceiling!

a little note. if you can add sand and water an it will be solid for you. a little movement doesn't hurt or you will destroy the plastic at some point
