Sturdy welded steel construction. Mounting bracket included. Not intended for use as a seat, but can easily support 50 lbs worth of groceries, or carrying tools for work.

Price increase!

When I first found this rack at Walmart.com, it was priced at $13.00. A week later when I was ready to order it had jumped drastically to $23.00. I bought it anyway as it was still the least expensive. Arrived in about a week. Boots on easily, even though I had to get one screw from my junk box. Luckily enough I had a stainless one. The rack is sturdy and lightweight, perfect for my trips to the produce stand which I do regularly, bring back a small box every few days. When not in use it does not significantly add to my bikes weight. If you need a good back cargo rack at a good price, then the Wald isit.
