So far, I LOVE this cookware set! I have only had it a few weeks though. I purchased these ceramic pans because they are a safe alternative to Teflon. I put away all my other non stick pans, including a very expensive All Clad skillet, due to health concerns. These are a breeze to use and clean. They are everything I hoped they would be. One tiny problem though. When I need to cook rice with an airtight lid. These lids have an air vent. I have resorted to putting a piece of clear packaging tape over the air vent, to make it airtight. Once I am done cooking the rice, before cleaning, I remove the clear tape. Problem solved! I hope this cookware holds up for a long time, because I am enjoying using them. And the red color goes perfectly in my kitchen.

Best pots and pans I have used. Non-stick enamel. I have Nordicwear, Farberware, Cusinart, cast iron, various non-stick etc., and I have gotten rid of all the non-stick, some of the stainless steel, and only kept sizes that are not found in the WearEver in stainless steel and cast iron. I hope they carry these forever and I wish they carried other sizes that could be purchased separately. I bought a set and the two items they sold separately for myself and bought another 10 piece set as a gift for my daughter. She loves it also.

This set is not only beautiful, it's extremely easy to clean because nothing sticks to it. Most of the time I just wipe it with a paper towel. If you want, you can use a dishcloth with a soapy solution. Cooks in half the time with a low heat setting. It only took three minutes to bring a pan of water to boil, where it used to took a lot longer with my old cookware. Please don't use any type of scouring pads because it could shorten the life of the ceramic coating.
