Great humidifier and customer support

It worked wonderfully until a week ago when water started running out of the bottom. Luckily I had it on a tray for this purpose. I would have given it a 5 star rating but having it break 3 months later prevented that. However, I called their customer support and they were happy to send me another humidifier. I spoke to Jamie, who was very nice!

Burning plastic smell

It smells like burning plastic each time I use it. It humifies so I gave it 2 stars. But I’ve only been using it for a few days and already there was junk (mineral deposits?) on heating element - cleaned it off. Hoping the burning plastic smell fades. Anybody else notice a smell?
