Really makes my life easier

Such a great way to monitor my blood oxygen so I know if I need more. Best thing is the alarm that makes it vibrate if your blood oxygen goes beneath a certain percent. Mine goes off if I hit 90% or lower.

Covid

After spending 3 weeks in the hospital with Covid After release and home on o2 the ring has proven to be a great asset Sleeping at night the downloaded graph in the morning provides me with a Wealth of information. Now without o2 at night it will wake me when or if my oxygen level drops below a preset warning. Highly recommended

Excellent Sleep Tool

I have sleep apnea, diagnosed, but have hated dealing with the bipap mask for sleeping. It comes loose, it gives me a dry mouth, hard to fall asleep with. I purchased the O2 ring sensor and downloaded the app to monitor my O2 levels during sleep, just to see if this sleep apnea thing is really dangerous or not. I was stunned to learn that my O2 was dropping to a minimum of 71%, and was below 90% for over 40 minutes each night. This motivated me to commit to the sleep apnea mask and force myself to make it work. The difference is huge, and I am now spending less than a minute per night below 90%, and a min of 87%-88%. I am feeling better, better focused, more energy, it matters. This O2 ring is a powerful tool that can change your life is used properly with treatment.
