Good overall workout

I really like this workout video. Billy Blanks is very motivational and keeps you going. The others working out in this video are easy to watch and copy. Some of the moves are a little difficult and hard to follow but overall I think it's a good fitness vidoe that I will probably get alot of use out of. It's upbeat and by the end I worked up a good sweat. They use the 'Billy Bands' in the video but you can do the workouts without them.

LOVE IT! LOVE IT!

I love this tae bo DVD. I get a full body work out, I'm dripping sweat and it's fun. I like that Billy Blanks is very motivational as well. I get a great work out with out the resistance bands. I ordered his resistance bands online to burn even more calories and get a better work out.
