[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for a good kitchen knife for my daily cutting but could not find any. This Berghoof stainless steel knife is just the right one that I needed. I like to use medium sized knife that are not too big to hold. And this one is just right size for me. Its not too small to make cutting difficult and not too large either to be difficult to hold. Handle is made with a good quality material and give a nice grip in hand and is very comfortable to hold and use. Knife itself is made with high quality stainless steel and is very sharp. It cut everything sharply, smoothly and precisely. I have used it to cut vegetables, fruits as well as meat, and it works great for everything. Washing is easy and I hope it has a long life. Although its not mentioned anywhere that its sharpness is lifelong but we will see. So far it has become my favorite utility knife and I have discarded my older ones already. Product was gifted.

The handle is easy to grip and is ergonomically safe. I love the wide blade that makes it easy to use for cutting various foods. Additionally it's really sharp and the tip is curved which makes it easier to use it even on the smallest foods. It has a high quality stainless steel blade and had become one of my favorite kitchen tools.
