Kyle was very efficient in assembling the Nova Phoenix Rise UP Rollator. He used a furniture blanket to protect my floors and the rollator while assembling. He made all the adjustments necessary to make the walker work smoothly. Thanks for all your help today Kyle. Arrived earlier than scheduled after checking with me. I really like the way the scooter has a lot of zip when going up a ramp and inclines in my apartment building. the assembly was very professional and polite and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend the scooter to all of my friends. the only thing that was a little bit of a inconvenience was the scheduling and rescheduling of the appointments.
