I bought this recommended product for a friend of mine who has a very serious razor bump/ingrown hair problem and if I'm correct, we saw changes after using Tend Skin in 1 day. It works. Does everything it's supposed to do. Perfect. I will be using this for a very long time. I apply rubbing alcohol before I epilate and then I use this. The hair on my legs still haven't grown back at all and it's been over a week. Only, I can't figure out if I should lotion the area before or after I use it... And even if I lotion after how long should I wait? If I could get instructions on that, that would be great.
