My lower back pain was caused by curvature of the spine and sciatic nerve issues. 90% of my pain was gone after just three days on my Teeter. Very helpful for decompressing my spine. I sit for long hours during the day and this helps relieve stress on my lower back. Very sturdy, and once you find the right height setting, it balances nicely. I do get a kick when I return upright again, I feel like Dracula. Lol

After 40 years of low back pain...

I have suffered from sciatica and lower back pain for more than 40 years. The Teeter FitSpine X3 has been a wonderful solution to finding relief. I am glad I upgraded to the X3 as the long handle to lock my ankles is much better positioned to lock and unlock compared to the lower model. I also appreciate the additional grips for positioning myself while inverter.
