I have all 5 L1 - L5 vertebra with herniated discs, bulging disc and server stenosis. I've been going to a Chiropractor for about 1 1/2 years and although I did get some relief I didn't think that it was worth the $75.00 visits, sometime twice a week but always once a week. Since I got the FitSpine X3 I stopped going to the Chiropractor. Your product is a God Send and I tell everyone that if they have back issues you have to get a Teeter. Don't even bother with other brands the Teeter is the only one to get. Do your self a favor, if your back / spine is not right get it now because every day you wait you are loosing out on relief.
