My Teeter X3 Inversion table is fantastic. I had been experiencing crippling sciatic pain in my lower back and down both of my legs. I had MRI scans and multiple doctor visits to determine what was wrong with my spine. I am 83 years old but in good shape. I had been playing golf and after one round in particular I felt something tweak in my back. The next day the pain in my back was intense. So, doctor visits and MRI scans could not really determine what was going on. So they put me on Gabapentin and pain killers which helped a little. I was also prescribed steroids which did help the most but still I was not able to play golf or sleep very well. This went on for months. I tried cold packs and heat. I purchased several electronic devices like smooth spine and vibration/red light machines. But they all failed. I remembered looking at the Teeter hangups years ago and thought I would give it a try. I went to your web site and considered all the models and settled on the X3 as I felt that best suited my needs. I ordered it and assembled it myself. Following the printed instruction manual was a bit confusing for me so I went to your sight and watched a video, which really helped. Once I had it assembled, I started using it twice a day, extending it to about 60 degrees, which was enough for me. Within a week, my sciatic pain started to decrease. On continued use, it kept getting better and better. I am now basically pain-free if I do the twice-a-day routine. My adult son, who is 30 years younger than me, had been experiencing back pain for months. It was not sciatica but something else in his back. He, too had an MRI and multiple doctor visits, pills, PT, and medications, but nothing helped. I had him try my Teeter X3, and in one session his back felt better. So I bought him an X3 and now he is on the program and loves it. I have been recommending your product to dozens of my old buddies from college and former business associates and employees. I plan to purchase another unit for my condo in Florida as I spend five months down there in the winter. My goal is to get back playing golf and riding my bike. I like it!! I went to 60% now im ready for full inversion. So easy to assemble and I am an older woman, put it together by myself in about 45 minutes.
