My lower back pain was caused by curvature of the spine and sciatic nerve issues. 90% of my pain was gone after just three days on my Teeter. My orthopedic surgeon recommended an inversion table before going under the knife which I am pleased to say we avoided! After doing much research I chose Teeter.
