My lower back pain was caused by curvature of the spine and sciatic nerve issues. 90% of my pain was gone after just three days on my Teeter. My orthopedic surgeon recommended an inversion table before going under the knife which I am pleased to say we avoided! After doing much research I chose Teeter. Very helpful for decompressing my spine. I sit for long hours during the day and this helps relieve stress on my lower back. Very sturdy, and once you find the right height setting, it balances nicely. I do get a kick when I return upright again, I feel like Dracula. Lol
