Teeter Better Back Inversion Program Mat

We received our Teeter and the mat about 1 month ago and we use it every day!!! I even quit going to visit my chiropractor because using the Teeter had given me the same benefits. I enjoy the mat because it gives me a visual reminder of the different exercises that I can do but I usually just "hang out" and stretch and relax!!! We purchased the EP-960 model and my favorite accessories are the Acupressure Nodules and the Lumbar Support. Those little nodules get right into the spots on my shoulders that have alway given me trouble and the lumbar support gives me a good stretch. I highly recommend purchasing a Teeter (particularly this model) if you were thinking about it at all but were just not sure if you should spend the money. I am on the way to saving $100.00 already from not visiting my chiropractor (who helped me out for years!).

I bought mat so I could look at it and learn the different exercises I can do with my 950 teeter. I love my teeter to stretch myself out in the end or beginning of each day.
